Imprint at top of buff cover, "U.S. Land Office" portion crossed out as well as "Washington City, D.C." pre-printed address and re-addressed to the Clerk of Circuit Court of Marion County, Ocala Fla., manuscript "Tampa F 60cts Paid" with matching "15 Dec/ 6?" at bottom, court docketing at left and weight indication of 3 ounces, edgewear and soiling, couple small tears, otherwise Fine, an extremely rare Confederate use of a U.S. Land Office entire, the 3-ounce weight indicated would imply a six-times 5c rate (30c) if this was mailed in 1861, the 60c prepayment may indicate the date is 1862 or later (10c rate per half-ounce)
