VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A STRIKING THREE-COLOR 1870 BANK NOTE ISSUE FRANKING TO INDIA, WITH 30-CENT AND 2-CENT GRILLED STAMPS. A COLORFUL COVER FROM THE BISSELL CORRESPONDENCE.
