Phillips Lee, "Commd North Atlantic Blockd Sqr." at Hampton Roads Va., missing backflap, stamps with small margin flaws from placement at edge of cover, otherwise Very Fine use to the flagship U.S.S. Minnesota, which was attacked by the ironclad Merrimac on Mar. 8, 1862
