1805, Letter to Commander of Spanish Florida. Folded cover addressed to "Por el Rey, Al Commandr de la Florida Oxidental", with unusual oval handstamp of shield and crown, with contents in Spanish (translation accompanies) discussing a small fleet of row boats that were taken off course and kept by the governor at Baton Rouge, cover with ink erosion in the address, otherwise Fine and scarce cover from the second Spanish administration
