Folded letter datelined "St. Marks May 13th 1795"and addressed to Newburyport, carried by private ship to Philadelphia where entered the post with "6/IV" Franklin mark and manuscript "Sh 26" rate, some toning, otherwise Very Fine and scarce use paying the 22c rate for 350-450 miles plus 4c ship fee
