Two singles with bottom sheet margin, other sides full to touched at top of right stamp, which has a small diagonal crease, rich color, cleaned-plate impressions, tied together by bold blue grids with matching "Philadelphia Pa. 10 Jun. 9" (1851) integral-rate circular datestamp on dark buff cover to Paris, France, -- carried on the Cunarder Canada, departing Boston June 11, arriving Liverpool June 21 -- red June 22 transit backstamp and "COLONIES/&c ART. 13" Anglo-French accountancy handstamp, Calais arrival datestamp ties stamps, "30" decimes due handstamp for double rate (20 decimes to Great Britain), Paris receiving backstamp (June 24), Very Fine and striking 1847 issue cover to France, less than one month prior to demonetization, with 2013 P.F. certificate
