Exum, Postmaster, Athens Ala." on 1827 folded cover to Tallahassee, some toned spots, still Very Fine, reportedly unique use from Yellow Water which was established just below the Alabama Line on the Yellow Water River (sometimes known as Almirante River), the post office was established Jan. 31, 1827 and the name was changed to Almirante May 5, 1828, ASCC value $400.00
