Complete set, without gum as issued, fresh colors, some scissors-separation but essentially all sides with full perfs, attractive centering with the 15c particularly choice and Extremely Fine, a couple small flaws to be found but the stamps in this set were selected from a substantial group owned by Mooz, picking choice examples without obvious faults
