Upper left complete pane of 100 with double error and plate no. 7942 at top and left, error stamps Mint N.H., nine 2c positions with some old non-archival hinge reinforcement which causes some staining that can be seen through -- affecting the left 2c stamps in the error block of 12, the errors are Fine Mint N.H., Scott value just for the two errors
