Eight stamps including extra No. 397, original gum, Mint N.H. except for No. 400 which is lightly hinged and No. 400A which is hinged, bright colors, mostly attractive centering particularly for Nos. 401-402, the No. 400A is an Extremely Fine Gem appearing stamp but 2023 P.S.E. certificate states reperfed, No. 399 with slightly short perf at upper left, overall Very Fine-Extremely Fine, No. 402 with 1999 P.F. certificate
