5c Blue, Bluish (361). Original gum, lightly hinged, rich color and wide margins, small natural coal speck inclusion at lower left as often seen on the Bluish Paper stampsVERY FINE AND CHOICE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 5-CENT BLUISH PAPER.
The 5c is the rarest of the regularly-issued Bluish Paper stamps. The 4c and 8c were not issued thru post offices.
