VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A SCARCE EXAMPLE OF THE 6-CENTAVO DARK BROWN "VICTORY" OVERPRINT.

Only 206 were produced. Each of the few examples we have offered over the last 20 years had tropicalized gum or interleaving adhering to the gum. The census compiled by Geoffrey Brewster and published in Possessions lists 47 known examples. This is the first we have offered since 2013.
