Left imprint and plate no. 170 block of 15, nine left stamps Type II, six stamps at right Type III, Mint N.H. except top two stamps at upper right thinned from hinge removal, brilliant color, perf separations but not between the combination pairs, Fine appearance, only plate 170 contained a combination of both Types II and III -- only three rows from one pane were Type II, leaving a total of ten positions out of the plate that can yield this combination of types, Scott value as plate block of No. 266, three combination pairs and three singles of No. 267
