Large margins all around, cancelled by red grid, matching "Jackson Ms. Nov. 22" (1849) circular datestamp on blue folded cover to New Orleans, light horizontal file fold well away from stamp, Extremely Fine, a pretty cover and scarce use from Mississippi paying double the 5c rate for distances under 300 miles, the USPCS census lists only six genuine 10c 1847 covers from Jackson (all to New Orleans), ex Hart, "Sierra Madre", Dr. Kapiloff and Eubanks, with 1976 and 2017 P.F. certificates
