Containing one of first and two of second stamp, Mint N.H., red "Patents Pending/ Patents Pending" and numbered "464" on back, Very Fine, with 1999 P.F. certificate that appears to match and shows only one No. 372 stamp, the other was likely right behind the first and and has subsequently been shifted
