IV (384), and pair 2c Carmine, Lincoln, Imperforate (368), tied by "Ithaca N.Y." oval cancels on registered 4c Green entire to Canton O., receiving backstamp of May 23 (year incomplete but appears to be 1912), 2c Scarlet stamp with tiny tear at top, left stamp in Lincoln pair with minor crease, still Very Fine and scarce use of the 2c Scarlet USAV Ty.
