II perforations near the top, tied by "Sedalia Mo. Jun. 29, 1909 5-30P" waving flag machine cancel on cover to stamp dealer C. H. Mekeel in St. Louis Mo., F. H. Brinkerhoff return corner card, Very Fine, this is the only recorded Brinkerhoff Ty. I Scott 344 cover, this combination of Brinkerhoff Ty. I and Ty. II perforations likely occurred during testing of the second type of perforations -- not wanting to waste money, Brinkerhoff used Ty. I perforated stock on hand to test the Ty. II perforations, ex Getlan, illustrated in Belasco book (p. 122)
