1sh "America" (RM27). Sharp clear impression at top left of 13 x 8.5in. June 1766 handwritten legal document executed in Quebec, faults along edges and folds and some small holes but the area of the embossing is intact with only a bit of writing over it, Very Fine embossing, for some reason the Scott value jumped from $2,500.00 to $17,000.00 a couple of years ago
