Mint N.H. pane of 100, signed by Franklin Roosevelt and Harold Ickes in top selvage, selvage with some creases at right well well away from signatures, otherwise Very Fine, accompanied by copy of 1950 letter from Ickes stating that he is confident he owned the only pair of sheets of the $2.00 and $5.00 Presidential Issue signed by both he and Roosevelt, obtained by Ickes for his own collection (sold by Fifield in 1948)
