Ex Bowman. With 1985, 1999 and 2015 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (latter two XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,900.00). Only two grade higher (at 98J) and only three others share this desirable grade. These are low population numbers -- the last we offered at this grade realized $5,000 hammer in 2019.
