Positions 22-24R1L, left stamp recut once at top and bottom, others recut once at top and twice at bottom, huge margins to full including parts of adjoining stamps at top and right, pretty shade, cancelled by "N. York & Phil. R.R. Mar. 26" route agent's circular datestamp, left stamp small vertical crease at bottom right which is inconsequential, Extremely Fine, accompanied by 1853 folded letter datelined at New York and addressed to Philadelphia, from which this strip originates, ex Vogel, with 2011 P.F. certificate
