VERY GOOD APPEARING EXAMPLE OF THE RARE FRANKLIN CARRIER ISSUE.

Philadelphia did not use a red circular datestamp to cancel the Franklin Carrier stamp. The only red circular datestamps used on the Franklin Carrier were the "New York" in dateless circle and New Orleans.
