Nicely balanced margins, bold Star fancy cancel with rim of datestamp in left margin, quite reminiscent of the Glen Allen precancel but not according to most recent certificate, fresh and Very Fine, with 2005 P.S.E. certificate stating this is the Glen Allen Star precancel, (VF 80; specific cancels are unpriced in SMQ), with 2022 P.F. certificate stating genuine but not the Glen Allen Star
