Set of top and bottom plate no. blocks of ten neatly mounted on exhibition pages, all with full side selvage, top plates are all full tops, many Mint N.H., a couple lightly hinged and a few of the tops are faintly hinged only in the ungummed selvage, a couple with minor perf separations, top 2c with pre-printing fold in the selvage causing irregular perfs, top 10c with small crayon mark in selvage, fresh colors, Fine-Very Fine and handsome set of top and bottom plate blocks, Scott value is $10,000.00 just as hinged plate blocks of six, the actual Scott value (depending on which are counted as never hinged and the extra four stamps) could be significantly higher
