Mar. 15" (1851) circular datestamp on blue folded letter datelined "Black Hawk Mills Mar. 15, 1851" and addressed to Dean Richmond in Buffalo N.Y., some minor toning along file fold at right, Extremely Fine stamp on a Very Fine and rare cover, 1847 Issue stamps were never shipped to Aurora, but the postmaster or local resident probably obtained a supply from nearby Chicago, the USPCS census lists only three examples (all 10c uses to Dean Richmond), ex Hart, signed Ezra Cole
