Sep. 18" 5c integral-rate circular datestamp on ca. 1851 gray folded cover to Philadelphia, part of address strengthened, otherwise Very Fine attempted use of demonetized 1847 stamp, not accepted as indicated by the datestamp with 5c due for unpaid postage, illustrated in U.S. Cancellation Club News, Summer 1996, p. 76, with 1980 P.F. certificate
