5c Dark Brown (1a). Large margins to just clear at bottom, dark shade, intermediate impression, tied by blue "Philada. Pa. 5cts. Dec. 27" (1850) integral-rate circular datestamp, second strike at left on folded letter to Bellefonte Pa., bold strike of "Ferguson & Bro., Columbia House, Philadelphia" oval handstamp on top flap which has a tear, Very Fine, this is the only recorded 1847 Issue cover with a Ferguson & Bro. Columbia House marking, ex Garrett and Mirsky, with 1997 P.F. certificate
