(1851) route agent's circular datestamp on registered folded letter to Philadelphia, large blue "R" handstamp, manuscript "18" registration number, vertical file fold at far right affects stamp, Very Fine appearance, late use of the 1847 Issue and also a late use of the blue "R" marking
