Vertical pair, cancelled by pen and also tied by manuscript "Votes" on oatmeal cover to Sheriff of Davidson County N.C. with 10-Star Confederate Flag with Blank Streamer and Verse Patriotic design (F10-11, Verse 5), Bonitz imprint, pencil manuscript "Bulls Con? 14 Regiment" (soldier endorsement?) but no indication of origin, pair with minor left edge toning not mentioned on certificate, Very Fine and interesting, perhaps this carried results of soldier's votes, with 1985 P.F. certificate
