2c Green (3). Extensively repaired at right, tied by "Keysville Va. 15 Oct." circular datestamp on turned 3c Red Star Die entire (U26) addressed to Aspin Wall P.O. Va., impression of indicia clearly evident at upper left, inside with manuscript "Aspin Wall Va. Jan. 16th /61" postmark (pre-secession) and addressed to Keysville, Fine appearance and a very rare use, the stamp presumably paid the circular rate, Power Search lists a number of 2c Green Lithographs used as part of a turned use but this is the only one with a U.S. entire as the other use, Scott value for normal No. 3 cover is $3,500.00
