Tied by East Orange, Ohio Nov. 8, 1909 duplex on cover to Butler, Pennsylvania, with blue on yellow Hudson-Fulton Celebration Label affixed at bottom left, Very Fine, accompanied by a single and block of four of the exhibition label, which was the first United States stamp or label to depict an airplane (the flight took place during the Hudson-Fulton event)
