Not. Hong Kong" circular handstamp, docketing on back "Oetling & Co., Colima 20 April , Recd. 19 August, Ans. 20 September", light vertical file folds do not affect stamp which does have rounded corner at top right, otherwise Very Fine, a very unusual cover, we are unsure what rate this paid, possibly an overpayment of the 3c rate by private ship via San Francisco, the docketing indicates this originated in Colima, Mexico, from merchants Oetling & Co.
