Apr. 18" (1868) circular datestamp on yellow cover to New Castle, New South Wales, Australia, red "12" credit handstamp, Panama transit (May 17), Sydney and receiving backstamps (Ju 30), minor edgewear, Fine, unusual use, this appears to pay the 22c rate by American Packet to Panama and then via New Zealand but the rate was omitted at the start of 1868
