Three Mint N.H. superb appearing stamps with a new certificate noting a problem, including No. 403 with wide margins and near perfect centering though certificate states reperfed at bottom (we agree), Extremely Fine appearance, with 2022 P.S.E. certificate, No. 479 with perfect centering but most recent certificate notes a nibbed perf, with clear 2014 P.F. certificate, with 2022 P.S.E. certificate noting the perf and still graded VF-XF 85, finally No. Q3 with wide margins and near perfect centering though certificate states reperfed at right (we are not so sure), Extremely Fine appearance, with clear 1999 P.F. certificate, with 2022 P.S.E. certificate noting the repfering
