Feb. 6" circular datestamp on small pristine cover addressed in blue to West Kortright N.Y., slightly reduced at right, Extremely Fine, an exceptional strike, although the Waterbury Padlock has earned far greater recognition, in our opinion the Starkville Padlock is executed with equivalent skill, and the appearance of this cover leaves nothing more to be desired, ex Sheriff, with 1982 and 2004 P.F. certificates
