Sep. 15" (1850) circular datestamp on blue folded letter to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Noble correspondence, endorsed "pr Hibernia via Boston", manuscript "4-1/2" pence due marking, Very Fine appearing use of the 1847 Issue to a scarce B.N.A. destination, in contrast to the cover offered in lot 21, by 1850 correspondents of Robert Noble from Baltimore had figured out the correct rates as this cover was not overpaid, ex Rust and Hart
