State Hunting Permits Collection. Three Scott Specialty albums with slipcovers, appears to be complete for the basic stamps thru 2006 with the exception of California No. 2, few also have the 2007 issues, does not include validation or daily usage or other specialty, most all are in excellent condition

VERY FINE. A RARE AND DESIRABLE COLLECTION OF STATE HUNTING PERMITS. A DIFFICULT GROUP TO ASSEMBLE.

It can be very difficult to assemble a meaningful collection of the State Hunting Permit stamps, by virtue of the fact that there are simply so many of them. The collection offered here presents buyers with an outstanding opportunity to acquire most of them at one time.
