VERY FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1982 HUNTING PERMIT ISSUE WITH ORANGE AND VIOLET COLORS OMITTED. THIS IS THE ONLY USED EXAMPLE IN THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION RECORDS.

The Datz book states five examples are known. This is the only used stamp listed in The Philatelic Foundation records. With 1996 P.F. certificate. Scott value as unused.
