FRESH AND VERY FINE COMPLETE PANE OF 30 OF THE $3.00 1959 HUNTING PERMIT, SCOTT RW26.

This issue is one of many firsts for the federal Hunting Permits. It was the first $3.00 denomination, the first produced on a rotary printing press, the first produced using more than one color, the first to depict a subject other than waterfowl and the first to have a slogan. This remains one of the most popular designs of the entire program.
