Complete pane of 28 with bottom left plate no. 159461 and selvage on all sides, typical narrow selvage as always found on this issue, mostly Mint N.H. except adherences affect a few stamps in plate block, still Very Fine, a scarce full pane, Scott value as Mint N.H.
