VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A SCARCE AND DESIRABLE MINT NEVER-HINGED PANE OF 28 OF THE $1.00 1941 HUNTING PERMIT ISSUE, SCOTT RW8.

We have offered three others since keeping computerized records. This is one of the finest we have encountered. Scott value as plate block of six and singles, which does not convey the rarity of the intact pane.
