VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A RARE INTACT MINT NEVER-HINGED PANE OF 28 OF THE $1.00 1939 HUNTING PERMIT ISSUE, SCOTT RW6.

We have offered only one other since keeping computerized records. The William Webster collection was lacking this pane. Scott value as plate block of six and singles, which does not convey the rarity of the intact pane.
