VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A RARE INTACT PANE OF 28 OF THE 1938 $1.00 HUNTING PERMIT, SCOTT RW5.

We have offered only one other intact pane, in the William Webster collection, since keeping computerized records. Scott value as plate block of six and singles again does not convey the rarity of the intact pane.
