USPS Jul. 1, 1989" double-circle datestamp on hand-illustrated duck and pheasant design cover by M*A*S*H actor Gary Burghoff, back with painted caricature of his "Radar" O'Reilly character saying "Luv A Duck!" and his signature, numbered 2/50, Very Fine, a wonderful cover from this actor, who is also a respected wildlife artist and stamp collector
