1934-2012 Hunting Permits, Complete Plate Number Collection (RW1-RW79). Three deluxe leather Godden albums with slipcovers, containing plate number singles thru 2012, complete for all plate numbers, some top positions with the "F" and RW1 plate 129200 has both with and without F top positions, the rotary press printings have a page for each plate with all four corner positions represented, for some reason five positions after RW37 are missing and would no doubt be easy to acquire, each page with a hand-drawn design and initialed "KM", stamps are in sealed black mounts but we assume most are Mint N.H., there may be a few small imperfections (we noticed a natural paper crease on an RW1)

AN EXTREMELY RARE COLLECTION OF FEDERAL HUNTING PERMIT PLATE NUMBERS IN THREE GODDEN ALBUMS, REPRESENTING EVERY PLATE USED FOR THESE ISSUES AND TOP AND BOTTOM POSITIONS FOR THE FLAT PLATE ISSUES AND ALL FOUR CORNERS FOR THE ROTARY PRESS ISSUES -- ON HAND-DRAWN ILLUSTRATED PAGES. TRULY A UNIQUE COLLECTION.

If all stamps are Mint N.H., then Scott value as singles without premiums for the plate numbers would be $41,494.00. The value in this collection is only partly in the stamps. The Godden albums, the hand-drawn pages and the plate numbers from every plate and almost every position combine to make this a spectacular and unique collection.
