VERY FINE AND RARE SIGNED PRINT OF THE SECOND FEDERAL HUNTING PERMIT ISSUE DESIGN.

This was produced as an unnumbered edition of 100 and is the rarest design-different Duck Stamp print. We have offered only a handful of examples over the years, and all but one had condition problems.
