Our census of Scott 176 contains 50 examples, including one in the Miller collection owned by The New York Public Library. Of these, fewer than ten have perforations on all four sides. This example, with nearly full perforations and choice centering is very desirable.

Census no. 176-UNC-50. With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (VG 50). The numerical grade of this stamp is absurdly over-affected by the scissors-separation.
