Nicely balanced margins, Glen Allen Star fancy precancel with rim of datestamp in left margin, fresh and Very Fine, this is the only 3c Bank Note stamp we have offered with the Glen Allen Star precancel, it is normally encountered on 1c and occasionally 2c Bank Note stamps, this use on a 3c is extremely rare, with 2005 P.S.E. certificate (VF 80; specific cancels are unpriced in SMQ)
