Intense shade and impression, green cork cancel, pulled perf at left, still Very Fine, extremely rare with a green cancel, we have never offered one before and the P.F. has only certified one other (with a corner crease), with 2008 P.F. certificate, Scott assigns only a $250.00 premium for the green cancel, which seems very low to us
