1c Blue (63). Tied on small piece by Star Within a Star fancy cancel of Waterbury Conn., also tied by "Waterbury Con. Sep. 30 '65" double-circle datestamp on small piece, Very Fine strike and a very unusual cancel, unlisted in the Rohloff book, this would be a variety of the S-6 design, which the book notes was used in late September 1865 (we have also seen a use on October 9), with 2017 P.F. certificate
